The bookmakers make Switzerland slight favorites and as you can see from their head to head results these teams are quite closely matched with Sweden also getting a great result against Mexico and Switzerland holding Brazil to a draw in the group stage.
When two European teams that play each other often and in a big competition a “draw” is highly likely especially as neither of these teams are famous for attacking. They are both generally organized defensively and compact. We see this one as a draw over 90 minutes.

The bookmakers make England favorites for this fixture but this is no surprise with England’s support and bookmaking industry so most money will go on England making Columbia's odds better than normal and England’s lower than normal. Given England’s poor showing at almost every tournament and losses on penalties it wouldn’t surprise us if England went out here. They are maybe slightly better than Columbia but the odds do not reflect that. There should be goals too as England are prone to mistakes as has been seen already but are strong on corners and free kicks so are dangerous.
